This is an exact replica of the A-1 plug spinner.  The only difference is that it does not have the A-1 stamp on it.  These are incred­i­bly use­ful and durable. The tool works with a coil spring that is wound using a turn han­dle that is then set in place.

Plug spinners are used if a cylinder is picked in the wrong direction, or if picking requires the plug to be rotated in one direction and then spun flipped the opposite direction.

Plug spinners will spin the plug when picked and move the lower pins across the shear line without having any driver pins drop into lower chambers.
